These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Casa Liberta vacation rental and website. By making a reservation or using this site, you agree to comply with the following terms.
A valid reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit.
Payments must be made via the methods provided on our website or booking platform.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Check-in: After [e.g., 3:00 PM]
Check-out: Before [e.g., 11:00 AM]
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must keep the property clean and in good condition.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house.
No pets allowed unless pre-approved in writing.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Exceeding this number without prior consent may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
By booking, you agree to adhere to all posted house rules. A full list is provided in the guest welcome pack and on the property.
Guests use the property, including the pool and outdoor areas, at their own risk.
Casa Liberta and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or pandemics.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
