Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Casa Liberta, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our business and the interests of other guests.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for early checkouts or unused nights after check-in.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not notify us, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Changes to Reservation

Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance. If date changes are not possible, the standard cancellation policy applies.

5. Force Majeure / Travel Disruptions

In the event of unexpected situations such as natural disasters, government travel bans, or pandemics, we may offer a credit voucher or rescheduling option at our discretion. Please contact us directly for assistance.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
